Kali ini, sekolah di Kecamatan Panceng, Gresik,Jawa Timur ini mengadopsi sistem penilaian akhir semester yang unik dan menantang, yakni melalui proyek kolaboratif antarmata pelajaran dengan tujuan mengasah keterampilan, mengembangkan <em>softskill<\/em>, serta meningkatkan kemampuan retorika siswa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam kegiatan ini, siswa tidak lagi dihadapkan pada soal-soal ujian tertulis biasa. Mereka dituntut bekerja sama dalam kelompok lintasmata pelajaran, merancang dan menyelesaikan proyek-proyek kreatif yang relevan dengan materi pembelajaran. Contohnya adalah pembuatan pakan fermentasi untuk penggemukan ternak, yang mengintegrasikan pengetahuan dari mata pelajaran produktif, IPAS, Pendidikan Pancasila, Olah Raga, dan Bahasa Indonesia. Proyek ini tidak hanya melatih kemampuan akademik siswa, tetapi juga mendorong inovasi berbasis praktik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKami ingin siswa tidak hanya pandai dalam teori, tetapi juga mampu menerapkan ilmu yang mereka pelajari dalam kehidupan nyata. Melalui proyek kolaboratif ini, siswa dilatih untuk berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim. Keterampilan-keterampilan inilah yang sangat dibutuhkan di dunia kerja saat ini,\u201d ujar Safiq Abdillah, Kepala SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Gresik, Sabtu (14\/12\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salah satu siswa, Andrian Sofyan, mengaku sangat antusias dengan kegiatan ini. Ia merasa lebih tertantang karena harus bekerja sama dengan teman-teman dari jurusan yang berbeda. Selain itu, ia juga belajar banyak tentang hal baru, seperti bagaimana merancang proposal proyek dan membuat presentasi yang menarik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Namun, pelaksanaan proyek ini juga menghadirkan tantangan. Guru dan siswa harus beradaptasi dengan pembagian waktu yang lebih fleksibel, koordinasi lintasmata pelajaran, serta pengelolaan logistik untuk material proyek. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAwalnya sulit mengatur waktu antara teori dan pelaksanaan proyek. Tapi kami mengatasinya dengan menyusun jadwal yang terintegrasi dan memastikan komunikasi yang baik antar guru,\u201d jelas Isnaini Titawati, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tantangan lainnya, lanjut Tita, adalah memastikan semua siswa berperan aktif dalam kelompok. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, setiap kelompok didampingi oleh guru pembimbing yang memantau proses kerja dan memberikan umpan balik secara berkala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menariknya, program ini mendapatkan dukungan penuh dari orang tua siswa. Mereka mengapresiasi langkah sekolah yang memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran lebih bermakna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKami sangat mendukung program ini. Anak-anak jadi lebih percaya diri dan siap menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja,\u201d kata Samsul, salah satu wali siswa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proyek kolaboratif ini telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap prestasi siswa. Berdasarkan data internal, 85% siswa menunjukkan peningkatan nilai pada aspek keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kerja sama. Hal ini juga diakui oleh sejumlah siswa yang merasa lebih percaya diri setelah menyelesaikan proyek mereka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKami berharap kegiatan ini dapat menjadi contoh bagi sekolah-sekolah lain.
